Your orders will be efficiently processed within 24-48 hours, and all of our products are shipped directly from the USA. With our commitment to fast delivery, you can typically expect your items to arrive within an average of 2 to 5 days.

1. General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment, or with your agreement, we can substitute with another item.

2. Delivery Location

All items offered on our website are available for delivery to addresses in the USA and most of our items are available for delivery to Canada.

3. Delivery Time and Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking code so you can monitor the status of your delivery in real-time. This way, you can stay informed and plan accordingly for the arrival of your items. Please keep in mind that delivery times are subject to carrier schedules and may vary based on your location.

4. Shipping Costs

We provide complimentary free delivery within North America. Please note that shipping to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska may incur additional shipping fees, which will be communicated to you after we receive your order.

6. Agreement to Terms

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Classy Savers. You understand, agree, and accept these terms by using our services.


All refunds will be reflected on customer accounts only once the item is received.

All returns or exchange requests must be made within 2 weeks from the date of receipt. If part of a product is defective, please return the whole product, including all manuals and accessories, in the original packaging. You must have a Return Authorization(RA) number before returning any merchandise to us. Any returns without an RMA number will be refused. Contact us for a return number RMA before sending the item back.

In the spirit of ensuring a seamless shopping experience, please be aware that for certain products, a restocking fee of 20% to 30% may apply to returns of non-damaged items. This fee, if applicable, depends on the specific product category. We aim to be as transparent as possible, and this policy helps us maintain the quality of our offerings while accommodating returns. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.


Warranty is voided if serial tags, receiving numbers, product stickers, or manufacturer seals have been removed, altered or tampered with. Warranty is voided due to mishandling, improper use, or defacing of the product.


Perfume and Cologne are not returnable or refundable due to the nature of these products.
